The Tea of the Kombu.
Legend has it that long ago a monk named Kombu used his "cha" (= tea) to cure the Japanese Emperor Inkyo of a stomach complaint. This mystical beverage, which was already known in the days of the Tsin Dynasty, 221 b.c., thus became part of the Zen way of life. The symbol of Zen, the archer, signifies harmony of body and soul.
And the wise Zen masters also attributed this duality to Kombucha.
The production of Carpe Diem Kombucha is to this day based on the original recipe that is thousands of years old.
