Kombucha Quince

Carpe Diem Kombucha Quince is a non-alcoholic drink. It is produced by fermenting a careful selection of herbal teas with Kombucha cultures. During this time-consuming process a number of different flavours mature, just as they do in a good wine. And beneficial constituents such as organic acids and carbohydrate-cleaving enzymes are produced that give this beverage its digestible character. Quince juice, extracts of white tea and vanilla round off the taste.
 

Carpe Diem Kombucha Quince, the bitter-sweet drink with a deep, golden-yellow hue. The sweet, fruity flavours of banana, quince, melon, vanilla, honey, rhubarb, apricot and orange zest develop and mature.
Carpe Diem Kombucha Quince harmonises perfectly not only with pasta, fish, and seafood, but also with blue cheese, desserts and sweet dishes.

Ideally, Carpe Diem Kombucha develops its flavours if poured into a stem glass at a temperature of approximately 10°C.
