Hello!
I am Master Qi, you personal online trainer.
Every week I will show you new exercises that are based on the Asian
teachings of well-being, relaxation and balance.
We will start with simple basic exercises and move slowly on to more
complex exercises during the course.
All exercises are easy and can be done anywhere. No matter whether it's
morning or evening, or whether you are at home or in the office during the lunch
break. All you need is a couple of minutes for yourself and a place where it's
quiet so you're not distracted during the exercises. Take as much time as you
need to feel comfortable and master the exercises.
